Fitz, Vogt & Associates provides food management services to a variety of state and county correctional facilities in multiple state locations, including male and female, medium and minimum level facilities, work camps and detention centers. The level of our services varies, and includes complete operational management, to consulting oversight, and auditing.

We understand the correctional environment and the need to effectively address the unique pressures placed upon the delivery of food services. We have the demonstrated capabilities to deal effectively with issues of security, nutritional standards, portion control, therapeutic diets, agency and government regulations, purchasing, and budgetary constraints.

Our work in the correctional industry spans twenty-four years. In that time, we have been able to save state and county governments literally millions of dollars in food service operating expenses. It is a record of which we are proud, and which we continue to expand upon.
